1. Our Services

Leads4Accountants provides a lead generation system that helps accounting practices attract potential clients. This includes online campaigns, website integration and lead follow-up. We do not provide accounting, legal or financial advice.

2. Your Responsibilities

As a client you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information.

Ensure your website complies with UK laws and regulations.

Respond promptly to the leads generated through our system.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in your service agreement.

Payment is due as stated in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Leads4Accountants may update fees with 30 days notice.

4. Leads and Disclaimers

We aim to provide high-quality leads, but cannot guarantee every lead will become a client.

Leads are provided as received. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on them.

Clients are responsible for following up with leads.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leads4Accountants is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using our services.

Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services in the six months before a claim.

6. Ending the Agreement

Either party may end the agreement with 90 days notice.

We may end the agreement immediately if a client breaches these terms or acts illegally.

Any outstanding fees remain payable.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, content and materials provided by Leads4Accountants remain our property.

Clients may not copy, distribute or resell any materials without our written permission.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

Data is only used to provide our lead generation services.

Clients must use leads in accordance with UK data protection law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify clients by email or post changes on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
